The coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic has changed the landscape of higher education. As academic institutions across world continue to deal with global health crisis, there is a need examine different instructional approaches including online, hybrid, and blended learning methods. This descriptive study provide an in-depth review history learning, evolution hybrid model instruction, preparedness faculty minimal or no experience in online teaching, lessons learned as worked on navigating COVID-19 situation since early 2020. A fish-bone analysis, visual structured approach identify possible causes problem, been used present problems faced by during pandemic. detailed Strength–Weakness–Opportunities–Threat analysis blended/hybrid presented. An evidence-based how instructors can combine best both traditional instruction offer engaging experiences for students described. research provides valuable insights administrators who are preparing teach making efforts academically survive it.
